CARMELLA HARTIGAN

"In the Wrigley Field bleachers, the sun is hotter, the beer is colder, and the people are the nicest"

Cub fans are known for turning their suffering into the daily dinner special. But take a spunky lady about to hit the century mark, escort her to her favorite spot in the bleachers, and voila! Now you have the longest suffering Cub fan of all. One of the few fans alive when the Cubs last won a World Series, Carmella was biding her time in her native Italy back in 1908. Now she's the grande dame of the grand slam, the matriarch of Addison & Clark, the diva of the long relieva.
